Oh, yes, it's pretty painful. But in the real world the first seed only gets upset by a team on the upswing, and the Habs, with their injuries, are definitely not on the upswing. So it goes.
I'm loving this Bruins domination over the Canadiens. We have been the better team all year and we are proving it in the playoffs. We are better, plain and simple. We have better goaltending,defense,scoring,PP,PK, and coaching. Last night was Montreal's last chance to get into this series they played with lots of emotion and energy in the 1st period, but that stupid penalty cost them. Price has no confidence and I can't believe they played him again last night....
I'm sure we will see comments posting by hab fans stating "too many injuries" !!
Montreal is losing to Boston because we are a good team built for the playoffs. Montreal is too small and not enough talent. When you lose Markov and your team is screwed because he is your best defenseman that is a ridiculous.
Many, many times over the years I have had to endure the heartbreak of watching these Canadiens beat my Bruins as recently as last year (which in my biased opinion we should have won). Many, not all Canadiens fans are great when winning but no so great when getting their asses handed to them.

and even though HNIC tries to sell it (like cars and beer) every reg. season game , the HABS/
leafs rivalry means nothing to me
...as far as I am concerned the buds are just another 1967 expansion team without a cup :lol:

Ya, the leafs haven't been much of a competitor. But, I think the rivalry still exists; just in a lesser form. Grabovsky vs. Kostitsyn has amped it up a bit of late!
