I'm actually glad Petr Nedved won't be going to Ottawa. Believe it or not, Nedved is probably my favorite active player (hence the 93 in my name). Hopefully he can rediscover his game in Edmonton...he played well for the Oilers down the stretch in '04 with 15 points in 16 games, here's hoping for much the same in '07.

they divorced i think...hence why he can come back to edmonton. she didn't like it there

You are right - according to Wikipedia they separated this summer.

I've always been a big fan of Nedved's, going back to the early 90's & throughout his stint with the Canadian National Team, so i was always a Nedved supporter. And I was also always a New York Rangers fan, but didn't become a "diehard" fan of the team until around the 96/97 season...and Nedved had some great seasons for the Rangers in the early 2000's, particularly with Radek Dvorak & Jan Hlavac on his wings.

Man that is one average looking Flames team. Cant just play half a period and think you are going to win. What the hell is wrong with Warrener? He has looked awful most of the season.

Mike Comrie is a member of the Ottawa Senators. I think this is a great deal by the Sens. Comrie has been one of the few consistent producers for the Coyotes this season, and he should fit in nicely. Here's hoping Spezza & Fisher are out for a little while longer...i have Mike Comrie in my hockey pool & i need all the points i can get, a few games with Alfie & Heatley would be nice Wink

His first go around in the East didn't exactly go well (9 points in 21 games with the Flyers in 03/04), but maybe now that the East is run and gun, maybe he'll do better. Talk about a guy that has never lived up to his potential though. Hard to believe that he scored 33 goals in his first full season.

I'm not trying to start th 86th million war of words with Leafs fans but I'll risk it anyway, I would think that the Leafs would win more games and the SENS, HABS, and DEVILS would lose more games with the bias calls made all year long by NHL refs and LEAFS fans Bill McCreary and Don VanMassenhoven. Meh.
