Woot! Take that, city of chumps! Man, I love it when we beat the Oilers. That was our 5th straight win without Iggy in the lineup. Amazing! His injury has forced everybody else to step it up, and this team has really come together. They're playing with so much confidence right now and it's incredibly fun to watch.

lol, i don't get the pure hatred that the calgary fans seem to spew towards the oilers. are you guys still that bitter from the 80s when we kicked your asses all up and down the block? chanting 'oilers suck' in a regular season game...going a bit far, and showing how unclassy a group of fans can be. ohhh...and what i find especially funny is the chanting of "Roli"...you guys realize you're chanting his nickname, right? Its a term of endearment!

I've been to oilers-flames games in both buildings on several occasions, and its amazing how much more bitter the calgary fans seem to be.

LOL, gimme a freakin' break. I've been to games in both buildings as well, and I've heard the exact same stuff from Oil fans up at Rexall on more than a few occasions. It's called a rivalry. Look it up. Besides, it's all in good fun.

Man, that save Ryan Miller made yesterday on Paul Mara was unreal. That's gotta be the save of the season so far.

It's painful to watch saves like that when I'm stuck watching Andrew Raycroft allowing goals on unscreened shots from the point. Meh.

Where's Mikael Tellqvist when you need him? I'm done with Raycroft. It's Pogge-time.

I don't play in a rec league this year but every Tuesday a bunch of guys rent the ice and I go up. It's mostly fishermen playing. Let me tell ya, some of those guys have better shots than most NHL'ers. I'm sure a couple of the fellas could zing slappers past Raycroft, and possibly even Brodeur and Luongo. My main objective is to come home without breaking a leg by taking one of those shots.
