We heard on ze radio this morning that you can only but tickets to the home Hurricane games if you live in NC or surrounding states. If you credit card comes up say, oh NY... you will get bumped. How can they do that??? to me it sounds like a unfair business practice. And don't they know there's more people that moved down there that are Sabres fans than actual Hurricane fans? It's like a home/home series for the Sabres.

Just got my tickets for game 2 in Carolina. When the game will be I have no idea but its going to be awesome being down there with so many Sabres fans in the house.

we have good reasons to boo: George Bush, the constant warring, the way they treat homosexuals, minorities, drug addicts, homeless people ect...we're still usually to polite to anyway (except for Montreal, god love em, the honest S.O.B.'s)...

but why would they boo the Canadian anthem in San Jose WHEN ALL OF THEIR BEST PLAYERS ARE CANADIAN!?!?!?!?! they must not like Thornton, Cheechoo, Marleau, or Hannan very much...:roll:

what upsets me the most was that up until now i always thought San Jose had great fans, and was a pretty good hockey town...never again!

GO EDMONTON! THEY'RE BOOING THE ANTHEM BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE CUP'S COMING HOME TO CANADA THIS YEAR!

I hate to see either the US or Canadian anthems booed, but it happens all the time unfortunately.

I say we start a petition to get the Sabres to use their old jersey and logo again...too cool

Still TONS of tickets left in Carolina!!! They'll never sell out. I'd go down there but don't feel like driving 11 hours each way. You will probably be able to get tickets for half price from scalpers.

Note to Carolina, stick to NASCAR!!!!

The Sabres are supposed to be going back to their "old" jerseys.
It is going to be a variation of the old sweaters at least.
It was supposed to be next season - but with the lockout wiping out a season I am not sure if they have to wait another year.

whoop-dee-friggin-doo...those old jerseys suck...new ones are much nicer, if anything they should just take the old logo, and put it on the new jersey...no not the devils, the new buffalo "jerseys"
