I am about to post the SOTD. Scared, Freemont, Las Vegas, 1996.

No listing, no setlist. Anybody?

is it sept. 11, 1996 the fremont street raggae and blues festival?

I honestly have no idea.

going by this list here: http://www.killerwhaletank.com/bootdb/#96

i was wondering if there is a process to submit dates that are not listed in the tour history? ie. july 7 1989 - o'cayz corral - madison, wi

I am so jealous of the phenomenal collection at your fingertips.
MAv, thank you so much for the Phoenix Pigeon Camera! Always a treat to hear recordings from shows I was at.

Cheers :thumb:

Wheatkings from The Phoenix Oct/22/06. Awesome thanks Mav, I love hearing the stuff from this tour.
This is my favourite song.
here's one for the forever certain and the forever wrong - amazing :thumb:
"you do it"....silence

"ok I'll do it"

hilarious, man if i was upfront i would have screamed til my vocal chords bled

nice selection MAv
"Jim Carr: Here's a name for you nostalgia fans. Clarence "Screaming Buffalo" Swamptown. I'll never forget an exclusive interview in which Swamptown revealed that he calls his hockey stick the "Big Tomahawk," and he usually refers to the opposing players as "the little scalps".

[after losing at poker]
Denis Lemieux: Damn. I lose my blouse.
Jim Ahern: Shirt... shirt."

nice....

"call detroit, tell them fu** you. Now hang up" is classic, or "my allergies to these fuc*ing fans has returned"...."trade me right fuc*ing now"...Denis Lemieux is a god!!!

now back to the topic at hand.....sorry for the detour, i just couldn't resist...this SOTD is great...now, how bout a new one for today....
I won't lie... amazing song of the day today/evening/two days/whatever.
One of my favourite cuts from Day For Night!

I just got this full show, and it is pretty incredilbe. It is listed on Killer whale tank as having no recording and I am confirming that I have the full show. The setlist is now up, but deosn't really describe the contents of this show. It goes something like this:

100th is 17:42 for example. Has so hard done by and a whole bunch of other stuff.

orleans/escape
Hiccup/DareD

I'll get it out as a song of the day in the future.

MAv.

Yeah, I find that awesome too. My favourite version of Meridian is like that, (with So Hard Done By, pre-Poets rants etc) from Dallas in 96. Can't wait to hear a sound board recording of that! If your taking pictures and I get up front, I'll shout a hello at ya tommorow night/Friday night.
now that is some killer stuff there MAv, can't wait to hear it.....god I am so jealous of your job.....besides hanging with the band, etc..you have access to so many amazing shows, and so few people will ever get to hear them with the quality recordings that you get to listen to... at least you are someone who truly loves the music, not just some schmuck who can design a nice site....

That made me laugh out loud.
