I cant wait until i get home from school to hear this tune

THanks for putting up Blonde Solid - it's the first time I've heard it. Pretty good cut.

And I hate to say this, and I'm sure you all hate to hear it (no one more than Gordie himself), but his vocal tone in this song (especially during the verses) is what draws the dreaded comparison to one Michael Stipe.

whoa, why was this song left of the album?

Thank you Mav for picking out these gems . It is the first stop of the day on the computer. Also my one year old is dancing around the computer to the song ( well in between flushing the toilet every 2 seconds)

Thanks keep'em coming
Ron

spectacular. i always forget this tune from list of unreleased songs. great to hear it at such good quality too, thanx MAv.

Hey MAv, do you get tired of us telling you how great you are?

Seriously though, thanks for Blonde Solid, very nice! :thumb:

Well, a little. . . . It's nice to be appreciated though. . . . it is a team effort, I just do my bit.

Thank Aaron, he's the one that's really finding these gems, thank TTH for doing this. But, you can thank me here and I will tell them all on your behalf.

I think this song of the day thing is working out really well so far :thumb:

Well that's the understatement of the year.

Every weekday is like Christmas now, with a song for a present. And it keeps getting better - that version of Put it Off was incredible, but then Blonde Solid today - wow!

I'm going away on vacation soon for 2 weeks and will have little or no access to a computer. I just know that when I see what I missed I'll be banging my head against a wall or two. :nooooo

it's best to not think about it

Killer version of Silver Jet today. Thanks MAv :thumb:

Yawning.
Damn good song selection MAv.
(Well, now that I think about it - it is not like you could pick out too many bad songs)

This is a solid cut. I'd personally love to hear more from the pre-release DFN tour in 94. I think the Daredevil from Harrisburg on the 8th of August that year is a killer version of the tune. A soundboard version of it would be even better. Thanks again (and again -- and again!)

Cheers,

Pat

Yawning or Snarling. Nice rarity. One of the best off of DFN. Great pick MAv. Made me remember a lot of good stuff!

Radio Show!! Woo Hoo... Love the date/location info: "Somewhere USA"

MAv, you're spoiling us this week
