sounds GREAT. I need to pay attention, sign in more often to the main site
Thanks MAv for these three songs.
I just have one question: Do you edit these down? I'm just curious as the order of the songs isn't consistent with the order of the setlist.

No, this is unedited. The setlist is wrong. I only have half the show with me, so I'll find the other half and correct the listing. Wierd. That doesn't happen very often.

I don't mean to be argumentative, but if you check the Show Reviews from this show, the first hand accounts appear to have the same setlist as in thehip.com archive.

Maybe the show is mislabeled?
Did anybody go to a show in the States (I'm assuming its a state side show based on what Gord says at the beginning) that's set started with:
The Lonely End Of The Rink
New Orleans Is Sinking
Springtime In Vienna.

Or maybe somebody that was at the Indianapolis show could shed some light?
Gord says "hey Indianapolis thanks" during NOIS, so it's probably from Indianapolis.
Oh!
This MUST be when they opened for The Who in Indianapolis, of which no setlist was ever posted!
I was trying to figure out if they opened for the Who in Indianapolis, but I couldn't find it! :thumb:
That also explains his introduction "We're the Tragically Hip, from Canada."

Bonner is of course, correct. This is from the Who as it turns out.

Too bad. I was looking forward to hearing some stuff from The Vogue. That was such a great show.

"C'mon, Steve Berlin. Help me remember!"

Escape Is At Hand For The Travellin' Man
Puttin' Down
At The Hundredth Meridian

Portland 2007

Everyone should at least give Meridian a listen. A little sax during the jam makes this fuckin' unforgettable.
Who's playing the sax?
