Thumbs up to Escape! This song is such a powerful song live...

Acoustic Courage -- best song of the day ever.

At least top five

Cheers,

Pat

WOW, what a great version of Courage today, its so different. I love the deep bass drum. Was this just the guys fooling around? now my curiosity is peaked as to whether there is any other re-worked rarities like this. Thanks for sharing this with us MAv.

I had the distincy pleaseure of spending a day at the Bath House last year whilst the boys played around with a few songs, of which, this is one.

Glad you like.

MAv.

I don't hear any deep bass drum, I hear a Bongo drum I think.

Agreed...quite possibly the coolest song of the day so far...is that a slide guitar (Or whatever ya call it) that Baker's working?

Either way, thanks a lot MAv, it's as good a groove as we've ever heard from the band...

When I first turned this on it didnt sound like courage and then the vocals kicked in and I was amazed!

What other songs were played and did any of them sound as different from the originals as this one? If so could you post some of these other songs?

Really cool version of Courage. Thanks MAv!

I love it! It has a "sitting around the campfire strumming a few tunes on the guitar" kind of vibe to it. Again, another treat MAverick! :thumb:

Yes, slide and . . . a bongo

MAv -

Was this in preparation for the Holiday Jam at the Phoenix last December? Wasn't that show acoustic?
