freemont st reggae % blues fest

Songs from the show have made regular appearances as SotD's over the years, but unfortunately there is no known audience recording.

This is one of those ".....please, please, please let this show be released in the Vault series"..........kind of recordings

I just added this show to the streaming show archive - and then found out that the set list is actually short from what's listed.

Two songs to add. First song should be Giftshop

and Thugs need to be added near the end. The Wherewithal is on the wrong order.

That feature of course - I haven't done. Arg. anyway - it's a great show so take it as it is for now.

oops - jumped the gun - files are still uploading - doh

Oooh! This band does great things. Perhaps 09/09/09 winnipeg show will someday make an appearance.... Right MAv?

How about 11/23/1996
Cobo Hall

Songs from this show have been SOTD before - but I would love to hear good versions of all the songs that were not included on Live Between Us.

I was thinking about how awesome this show was the other day. Gord flubbed a line in Fully but recovered by ranting about having a Synonym Girl instead of a Cinnimon Girl- I was wearing a Neil Young shirt and was in the third row and Gordie shot me a smile.

Wow hock:

Here's a list of shows that have had songs on the SotD in the past (with the exception of 2009-05-19.)

Don't know if you have the full concerts available for these dates, but any of them would be a great listen!

1995-02-06 (Kingston Memorial Centre, Kingston, ON) - Get Back Again played!
2006-06-24 (Ft. York, Toronto, ON)
1994-07-01 (Molson Park, Barrie, ON)
1996-11-26 (Marine Midland Arena, Buffalo, NY)
2004-09-29 (Howlin' Wolf's, New Orleans, LA)
1997-05-15 (Markthalle, Hamburg, Germany)
2009-05-19 (Massey Hall, Toronto, ON) -- Alex Lifeson in Encore

You're the best MAv :thumb:

Edit: I was so excited, I almost forgot to say THANK YOU for posting the Las Vegas show :thumb:

Just a heads up that Thugs for the Freemont show replays 100th. Otherwise, stellar!

Edit: Also, the Springtime Boston '09 version doesn't play more than a couple of seconds before skipping to Toronto #4.
