Holy crap, that lineup makes my mouth water. Speaking of the Arkells, anybody know when their new record is due? Last I heard, they were still in the studio back in early February.

Well this would be big news! I can't remember any band EVER playing this venue. Lots at canadinns stadium, but none at the goldeyes diamond. Am I wrong?

This is joyous news! I'd prefer a smaller venue - perhaps the Jubi or even the Citadel Theatre, but Rexall will be rocking. I must ensure I get awesome seats!

According to the Edmonton journal, they are playing outdoors at the Northlands Grounds rather than Rexall place.

Sigh. I'm getting too old for outdoor shows and the kinds of tomfoolery they inevitably attract. I think I might wait it out for the tour after the album release.

I was told that the Moncton show that'll be announced Tuesday will be the only Maritime date.
