No, I gave it to the association running the benefit and told them to sell it because I was not having any luck.My wife gave me the ok to buy it because the reserve was set too low.We agreed to $400. the guitar was never mine ?! I would have liked it though.

If I manage to win the hip demo, and I can figure out how to do it, I'll definately rip it for you guys. I've certainly taken more from the table than I've been able to bring when it comes to the stuff on the tracker.

The guitar will fit nicely in my ever expanding collection of Hip memorabilia.

Looks like you guys were right,everyone is jumping all over each others bid on the rare cassette.it probably could have been had for $9.99 but instead its at over $50.00.I thank everyone who didnt jump on my recent addition!

The price is being driven up by 2 people. Who knows if they are even on this board. I seriously doubt that it could have been had for anywhere close to $9.99. If this recording is the real deal, it would be worth quite a bit. I still think it's strange that something recorded in May 1986 has songs from UTH and RA, but nothing from the EP.

Let's collectively bid... I'll send off a ten sheet to whomever wins this.

Do you realize though that the only three bidders - you, me and Haicut Rabbit are all part of Hipbase - no reason to price each other out - you guys can have the tape - I just did not want it to disappear after the auction never to be heard again.
