I've got that poster (not framed though)

I just recieved a mint/near mint, self titled LP in the mail yesterday. Ebay style. V. happy - had to share.

Ah, so you're the one with the fast fingers. That was me you were bidding against. Congratulations. :thumb:

Ah, sorry . . . it was a stroke of luck and unintentional in terms of timing. I didn't know when the auction ended and I happened to go to my computer by pure coincidence an the auction was ending in 30 seconds or something, so I just managed to log in and increase my bid with 5 seconds left. . . for the win Actually my first ever ebay purchase.

The album is pristine, by the way. The inside sleeve is near perfect - the album was in a plastic sleeve and the paper sleeve was as if the album had never been in it. Came in a pastic album bag and the outside cover was like brand . . .

I decided a while ago that I would try and get all the available Hip albums on vinyl that I can . . . I have two now. :thumb:

I have a crisp, unopened DFN ready to be sold... any takers?

i want that album chris...pm me

I wouldn't mind adding that to my collection. Let me know how many millions you're after, Chris.

Augh, too late.

OK... how about this idea:

The posters, program, t-shirt auctions raised more than enough to replace the damaged gear. I will be donating the extra funds to Camp Trillium from "Fans of The Hip"

I'll donate the record and put it up for auction (I have two of them - one to keep, one to auction). Whatever funds are raised will also be donated.

Thoughts?

sounds like a great idea

Yeah sounds like a good idea.

Great call. Good for you, Chris.

Good idea Chris !! :thumb:
