one thing i havent seen on ebay for awhile is those posters they sold at the "evening with the hip" shows
i bought 3 sets, one of which is on my wall with the toronto show poster autographed by the whole band and nicely framed. the other 2 sets are just sitting around, wonder if anyone would buy them and for how much

Do you have a scan? I had one that I bought at my second Hip gig and was promptly stolen out of my door room soon afterwards. I've always wanted to replace it.
I have an advance copy of We Are the Same... Not like an advance retail copy but just a CD-R from the label. Would it be illegal or more importantly morally wrong to sell it on eBay?

if it's a review copy or similar then technically it remains the property of the label and they would be within their rights to prusue a court action if you sold it... though they probably wouldn't bother

Hmmm, I'm wearing that right now...
Disclaimer: the shirt in the auction is NOT Bonner's. Just in case anyone is confused!
Is this allowed? I can't see the band being too happy about this being sold a month and a half early.

Allowed? Why not?
It sucks, but so it goes.
Unless the record label - Zoe - can confirm who they gave this specific copy to, I don't see them being able to do anything about it.
I haven't seen the album on any file sharing networks, so that's a good thing.
Probably only a matter of time before it shows up on file sharing networks. Everything seems to be leaking these days.
