Love Matt but he butchered that song Smile Not the right choice for his vocals at all. Watching others trying to sing Hip songs reminds me what a great singer Gord is.

Is that Adam Baldwin playing guitar? I thought he went solo and didn't play with Matt's band anymore?

They sound so awesome - I wish MM didn't stumble through the lyrics so much.

Yeah, that's Adam -- he does double duty, solo artist and still in Matt's band. His latest album is pretty good.
A band from Wales, and fairly known around Europe have always spoken for their love of the Hip.

Here's a cover of Fiddler's Green they used to perform:

Edit: Here's the Hip and their live singer Kelly Jones sing live together:

Wow! I can't believe they wrung 16 minutes out of Locked. Matt was just in the way on this one. I would have preferred to hear Baldwin take the mic. Dude must have burned 400 calories with that all sweaty headbanging.

Now that is a tribute I can get behind. That sounded pretty great.

With a "Canada Geese" reference to end it - awesome!
The Trews covering Putting Down is pretty damn good.
I'm not a big Trews fan, but that was a fantastic cover.

I am not sure who Merival is but her voice is beautiful.
I forgot how much the background added to that song.
