I can't listen to Thompson Girl ever anymore without thinking of Dallas Green. I kind of wish he would sing this instead of Bobcaygeon...

I'm guessing he'll play Bobcaygeon (because he does frequently now)... and maybe Sarah Harmer does Morning Moon?

I'm going to guess that they do one or two of his solo songs.

I'd prefer that they do one of his solo songs, but the realities of what plays best for a TV audience mostly unaware of his solo work is probably a factor in song selection.

Reuben and the Dark did an incredible version of Bobcaygeon at an intimate show this weekend.

Prince Edward Island's Paper Lions just released a cover of Bobcaygeon on Spotify. Haven't had a chance to listen yet.

The Hip have well over 150 songs to choose from, and yet people keep covering Bobcaygeon and ABAC over and over again. I think people need to start adding a little more adventure and variety into their Hip covers.

I'm a big Paper Lions can. I went to school with them from elementary through high school, and played minor hockey with them, etc. I really wasn't a fan of the version of Bobcaygeon they posted on Facebook last year though. Not sure if it's the same as the one you are talking about or not?
