Quote:Our band was on parallel paths with Tragically Hip. It's strange we didn't cross those paths more often. Gord made an unbelievable swan song of an album. I cried the whole first listen. So beautiful and honest. Sonically it reminds me so much of where I grew up in north central Montana, which is basically Canada. "Faith Faith" is also one of the great songs about man's best friend.

Eddie, having spent time in the studio with the Hip during the recording of IBE (true) and falling in love with "You're Everywhere" (my imagination), comes out to sing the song with Gord a few nights on tour (my dream). How there hasn't been one PJ Hip cover in all their years of playing Canadian shows is beyond me.

I can only imagine that will change in the near future... maybe even at the long-rumoured Burl's Creek show this summer.

I'd put money on it....even if it's just a few shows. I don't want to change the thread theme but I can seriously see PJ killing Grace Too. Complete with McCready shreading the ending solo.
