Remember everyone - it's just a pre-sale. I know it sucks but keep trying, especially on Friday. That's when the bulk of the tickets will be released.

I heard so far that only the platinum tix are cc entry.
I got one yesterday for Kingston that was a regular ticket and it said it was cc entry only. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to how these are being sold, or the conditions attached to them.
My non-platinum Kingston tickets are also cc entry only.

Its tiresome. Never, ever had this issue with a presale with any band. I know its a big event. It just sucks that there are so many dirtbags out there who's only "job" is to fuck fans for their own gain. The system is broken and rigged. An AMEX front of the line special? Umm no. Platinum tickets? Fuck off. :nooooo
I really lucked out today, somehow, after being shut-out yesterday. I had two computers set up, plus I was using the ticketmaster site on my phone.
At about 10:15 I pulled two side stage tickets (Sec 103) for London using a computer.
Both computers were getting me nothing for Toronto #3, but around 10:20 I pulled up 2 tickets in Sec 105 using my phone. I was really happy with that, but decided to keep trying. A couple minutes later I pulled up a couple 18th Row Right Floor tickets... again using my phone! So relieved and happy that at least something worked out today.
Moral: try using your phones to get tickets, even right now!
I decided not to bother with Toronto #3 and ended up getting side view for Hamilton and Toronto#2 - not great seats but I'm in the building

I don't think you missed out anyways from my attempt. I went "every man for himself" yesterday and got a pair in Ottawa for myself and wife, leaving behind a usual concert buddy. I have an AMEX so tried today -- at 10 pulled up a pair in the high 300s, passed on those, and then nothing by 10:02.
I do know from past experience AMEX seem to have the most limited pre-sale in terms of good seats -- however, it seems to be a pre-sale where seats can appear on the day.

I don't understand the methodology behind this, but my wife nabbed some side stage for the Sunday TO show at approx. 10:50 am, sec. 110 row 27. So.....it can happen, just be persistent.
