Has anybody ever been locked out of ticketmaster with a "forbidden" message because they suspect you're a bot?! Any suggestions on how to resolve that before the public on sale?

Ha, first the page wouldn't load, and now they aren't accepting the presale code.

But there are still plenty of "fair and safe" platinum tickets!

I got four in Section 114 for Edmonton. Pretty good.

After being shut out of Kingston for about half an hour I was able to land a single floor seat. Row 15. It's gonna be bittersweet. Looking forward to meeting up with others from the base!

I've been pulling up 200s. I'll keep trying for a bit and maybe give it another shot on Friday.

Got Calgary after about five minutes: row 16, centre-ish.

Ended up snagging 4 for Edmonton

Stressed. Exhausted. Excited.

Death to Ticketmaster.

2 seats on the floor row 12 for Edmonton! Stoked!!

Shut out for Edmonton the first 25 times I tried and then all of a sudden...row 1!!! Fuck. Yes.

Was able to get two for Hamilton sec 107...not too crazy about the section but happy never the less.

Keep Trying folks, just got 2 for Kingston Floor 2 Row 4!

Second wave of Platinum seats over in Kingston. Some still left in Hamilton and Toronto. At this rate, any really good tix going to be for sale on Friday or is Ticketmaster just going to sell every floor ticket as a plat? Hoping for some in the Hammer on Friday

Congrats. I was shut out of Kingston. Hoping to be able to get something through the general on-sale.

Don't forget that some venues have an American Express pre-sale tomorrow as well. No code needed, but can only check out with an AMEX. If you don't have one, find a local store that sells the pre-paid AMEX cards, load enough money on to it to buy tickets and you can check out through Ticketmaster with it. It should work, I've used it before, they only validate that the CC purchase is completed with an AMEX. If you don't end up getting tickets, you can try again with the AMEX for general sale as well. It's a generic pre-paid CC, so you can use it for whatever, you won't lose the money. Also to note, I live in the US, so I don't know availability of AMEX pre-paid cards in Canada.

For the Edmonton floor tickets I was on my laptop for about 10 minutes watching the timer keep moving and being told to wait with no results. At 10:10 went to the Ticketmaster App on my iphone and within 2 minutes it said I had tickets. Never did pull anything on the ticketmaster website on my computer and now it just says unable to process your request. good luck to those still searching.
