LK, cut us some slack. It's hard to see all of talk while we sit around with our thumb up our :censored waiting for CDs that we bought to arrive.

I've bitched enough about it myself, and am trying to resist the urge to bitch more than I have already.

The way I see it the original complainer has a very valid point.
It is people like him how give feedback on the service they recieved that make things improve in the future.
yea he is not complaining about just the fact that he didnt get his CD he is complaining about the fact that this day and age and with computers and couriers, this should have been a no brainer.
Customers order weeks in advance this give the company time to get everything in order to ship them out with canada post or even with a courier.
The customer should get the product on day of release and not be told that they should get it sometime next week.WTF.
This aint 1972 with loose management and bad ideas and everybody trying some drugs.
This is 2009 I order something and pay for it I expect it to flow seamlessly not some shit like he has experienced.
I work for a huge courier company as a courier we always get " contract " deliveries and the customers get discounts. There is no reason why ticketmaster and the record company could not have used a courier to guarentee next day delivery and probably paid on average a few bucks per cd for delivery.
After his 2 cents worth to the company about this hipfully some stupid ass with a set of balls at the company thinks this should not be the way it is and offers his idea on a new instant shipping solution.

Anyway...back to the original topic, if I may...

I finally received the shipment yesterday!!! :thumb: Only 6 days after the release. I am hoping the rest of you that were waiting have finally received yours. Venting in this forum certainly helped pass the days!!! I'm sure I'll be spinning LFTV4 and WATS for many, many days before other CD's make their way back in!

you should be sorry, that was lame and so insulting to Gus, he finally gets over his mental problems and you have to try and drag him down.

Hell i wish i was a famous as that bear, people come from all over to meet him, nobody's coming to my house and looking at me through the window, except that weird old guy down the street, good thing I hate popsicles.

Ive met Gus he's awesome, here's a video I took of him last year during my exile...

Gus is good people. You can bet your ass that if some deranged woman jumped in to his pen, he wouldn't bite her ass. Knut can't make that claim, can he?
