Noticed on amazon.co.uk (I'm in London, so desperately awaiting my book) that the digital album is being released tomorrow (25th). So hoping it hits all digital providers/streamers then.

It was an amazing atmosphere in the room. I personally feel that 90% of the emotion I experienced that night was due to the stories told through the music and animated film and through the Wenjacks gathering on stage and not due to feeling the finiteness of Gord's time. I wouldn't have predicted that for myself going in. In fact, I would have predicted the opposite. I guess that speaks to the power of his work and the story he has told.

This is a great point. I'd sort of forgotten that prior to my first viewing, most of my thoughts were about Gord & that sense of time running out & of loss.
I took a video at Massey Hall, kicking myself for not bringing point & shoot (which would've resulted in a better video). Cuts out in the middle due to my fat fingers.

For whatever reason, these 2 songs feel related to me--not lyrically at all, but musically. Like big brother & little brother or little sister. Holding hands, big brother walks hard, cool, smart, & excited little bro or sis steps light & has to walk a bit faster to keep up. ('secret path' has got me seeing family metaphors everywhere right now, lol)

Sorry if this has been posted, but I found two videos of Gord, Kevin and Dave performing Secret Path songs at Jason Collett's Basement Revue in 2014. Quite a different experience seeing him sing the songs healthy and strong.

So, on Friday night they filmed the the entire concert, and also were filming people in the lobby.
Anyone have any idea what it was for? I dont imagine it was just for news purposes.
