thanks lance, i had been trying for a ages to view the file.
does that format work on vcd's with mpegs, or do you need to convert it?

I believe that the file can be converted, but it is already compressed video format. The quality of the vcd or mpeg might suffer. Try <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.vcdhelp.com/">http://www.vcdhelp.com/</a><!-- m --> for more info.

this is where it says to put it
To convert from QuickTime MOV videos you must download the QTReader.vfp and copy it to the TMPGEnc folder
i use nero, and i'm just not sure where to put this .vfp?

well i was able to convert to mpeg, but no sound. Looks like i have everything the way it should be set up, any thoughts?

it is a radiohead .mov from spain when they were road testing httt, the rest of the show was in mpeg format except for 3 songs that were put in the .mov format.
