Which two Hip albums do you think best show what the hip has done over the last 20+ years.
I say In Violet Light and Road Apples or In Between Evolution.
IVL is their softer side and RA and IBE are their harder side.
Now I'm not as experienced a hip fan as some of you so I'm really looking forward to reading your answers.

Day For Night and In Between Evolution. One's a dark, moody opus; the other rocks hard. And they cross paths sometimes, too.

It would have to be Day for Night followed by Phantom Power. IBE could soon replace PP.

Sorry to break it to you guys but. . Fully Completely, as an album, is far overrated. . for those who chose Fully Completely
Impossible to show all the hip has done with two albums..
I'd say Road Apples, Day for Night, and Phantom Power.

Come on, one has to be Live Between Us.
And for me, the other would be D4N.
I picked LBU over Henhouse because most of that album is on LBU.

Trouble: Elegant, Poetic, Passionate, Poignant. It's got the mood and brooding of DFN, the Rock steady drive of FC or RA, and lyrics to write home about.
LBU: Energy, Action, Ad-Lib's and Excitement.
