Which two Hip albums do you think best show what the hip has done over the last 20+ years.
I say In Violet Light and Road Apples or In Between Evolution.
IVL is their softer side and RA and IBE are their harder side.
Now I'm not as experienced a hip fan as some of you so I'm really looking forward to reading your answers.

Day For Night and In Between Evolution. One's a dark, moody opus; the other rocks hard. And they cross paths sometimes, too.

Sorry to break it to you guys but. . Fully Completely, as an album, is far overrated. . for those who chose Fully Completely
Impossible to show all the hip has done with two albums..
I'd say Road Apples, Day for Night, and Phantom Power.

I picked LBU over Henhouse because most of that album is on LBU.

I personally think that Hundredth Meridian is a tad overrated, but that still leaves us with gems like:
Looking for a Place to Happen
Eldorado
Locked in the Trunk.....
Fifty Mission Cap
Courage
Pigeon Camera
And I personally love We'll Go Too and Wheat Kings, although these cuts aren't quite what I'd consider 'groundbreaking' works....
