Fully Completely is one of the best live songs The Hip have going. I just don't think that the boys captured it to its full potential in the studio. One month ago, I would have voted for Fully, but lately, Ocean has been kicking my ass.
I'm thinking I'll vote for Ocean... I'm not sure yet though.

Fully Completely is a definite heavyweight in the tourney.
But, I've heard it so many times, I kind of got tired of it after a while.
I'm with sean.bonner on this one, cause Ocean has been sounding really good lately (especially with the new music video)
