Match-up #13 - Yer Not The Ocean Vs. Fully Completely
I ask you to listen to the two songs in the match-up Back to Back, and consider the lyrics of the song. Feel free to post an unbiased analysis of both songs in this thread, but please refrain from cheerleading or making predictions for your favourites.
If you have not voted for match up #12, you can still vote until 8:50PM Central Hipbase time, as there is an overlap period from yesterday's poll.
It's good to see a WC song in on the action. I was going to ask if they were eligible. Awesome. This'll be a really tough vote though.
Fully Completely is one of the best live songs The Hip have going. I just don't think that the boys captured it to its full potential in the studio. One month ago, I would have voted for Fully, but lately, Ocean has been kicking my ass.
I'm thinking I'll vote for Ocean... I'm not sure yet though.
Fully Completely is a definite heavyweight in the tourney.
But, I've heard it so many times, I kind of got tired of it after a while.
I'm with sean.bonner on this one, cause Ocean has been sounding really good lately (especially with the new music video)
could go either way on this one - but since FC is only one of three songs/album title - it gets my vote...
Anyone who wonders which t'vote for should listen to FC from Gino's, Sweden, '94....No comparison...
wow gonna need some time to think about this one!
Get yer votes in now! Poll closes at 6:31PM Central Hipbase Time.
