#61

The Last Recluse video already has a nice story line that could be turned into a movie.

"we've only got three hundred feet to go ..."

The Depression suite would be an epic movie. Actually you could turn most of the album into a movie.

The Coffee Girl leaves (Last Recluse) moves out on her own and marries the guy from Depression Suite. She doesnt want him to move to "Florida without the ocean." The Coffee Girl's name could be Honey Watson, which would lend itself to Honey, Please and Now the Struggle Has a Name. When times get tough Speed River takes them away and Country Day is the big release at the end.

I should have producers knockin at my door by tommorow morning :thumb: ! haha

Jenna and I just watched their first feature film -- Blood Simple -- this weekend (I'm a huge Coen fan but neither of us had ever seen it before). I don't think she liked it quite as much as I did....but I loved it. There were some plot points that seemed a little flawed to me (one especially), but I found it rather easy to overlook, because the action moves so swiftly. Has that creepy, dark, morose feel that they do so well...

I tried to find a general movie thread in the Non-Hip discussion, but couldn't find one, so...

LOST is in its last season. It a couple years I suspect JJ Abrams will make a LOST movie. Locked would be the ideal song for LOST. Consider:
They don't know how old I am
Found armour in my belly
From the 16th century
Conquistador, I think
Passion out of machine-revving tension
Lashing out at machine-revving tension
Brushing by the machine revving tension
End of a line a real, rainbow-likening luck stop,
Where you could say I became chronologically "fucked up"
Then I found a place it's dark and it's rotted
It's a cool, sweet kinda place where the copters won't spot it
And I destroyed the map, I even thought I forgot it, however,
Everyday I'm dumping the body
It'd be better for us if you don't understand
Even better for me if you don't understand (Yuh)
It's a cool, sweet kinda place where the coppers won't spot it
And I destroyed the map that I carefully dotted, however,
Every-day I'm dumping the body
It'd be better for us if you don't understand
It'd be better for us if you don't understand
Better for me if you don't understand
LET ME OUT
LET ME OUT
LET ME OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
