3rd time to Vegas for me and my wife.. usually travel with friends but went alone this time
we actually had more fun on our own
Rented a motorsickle and cruised through the desert... anyone getting down should check out the "Valley of Fire' at
sunset... jaw dropping raw beauty
loved the tribute to the King when they played suspicious minds

For me I choose so stay in Canada. Winnipeg Man. is the farthest I've gone. Staying in Ontario Ottawa would be it with North Bay taking it's place later this summer!!

Flew from Milwaukee to Toronto for the Milennium concerts. I don't think i'd do more than 3-4 hours max driving but now that I'm making more money I've driven to Cleveland and Toronto.

I'm crap and unimpressive. Seattle to Vancouver is the farthest I have ventured. Hey at least it's another country.......
I will be going to Toronto later in the year though to see Our Lady Peace perform. I know it doesn't really count on hipbase though.
Tuesday am ditching work in the pm and driving down to Portland with 2 crazy girlfriends for the show that night so that will be a 3 hour drive if traffic doesn't suck too much.

Not as impressive as some of you guys. Wow. The main thing restricting me from traveling further has and probably always will be cash and work schedule.
Driven from Buffalo to:
NYC (Hammerstein Show) - This was my first time ever in NYC and we went down for the entire Thanksgiving weekend. Wasn't prepared for the ensuing insanity on the roads and subsequent Black Friday. What made this trip extra memorable was not realized until several years later - we stayed at the Marriot World Trade Center nestled between the twin towers.
Clarington (Eden Musicfest) - First Hip show ever. Didn't even really go there to see TTH, I went primarily for The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. I bought TATH right there on site. Blown. Away. After that I never looked back. :thumb:
