The radio market in Buffalo just sucks. You would think being so close to Canada would have some sort of influence on the market, but to no avail. I definitely listen to more Canadian radio stations than Buffalo stations.

But hey, with web sites like http://www.pandora.com, you can make your OWN radio stations and control what bands and what genre will play on as many custom radio stations as you would like to create (there's probably a max, but I don't know what it is). Enjoy.

I used pandora for a while, but last time i checked, it wasn't available to Canadians any more.

I like Yahoo Music's player. It plays songs that it expects you to like based on your ratings of previous songs. After a few listens, you get a radio station that is made just for you.
