I hate to say it, but I'm going to have to agree with wpghipfan in that the Hip are probably very, very low on their list of bands to integrate into the game. I seriously don't see the Hip ever making it into this game unless they someday allow us to make our own custom songs for the game.

Some recent downloads have been pretty awesome, and it has got thinking about which hip songs I would want for Rb the most?

Tonight it would be Vapor Trails, The Bastard, and TDC. All far shots for sure, but I would pay through the teeth for some hip on RB.

At this point I will take anything! I check down loadable content every week in the hopes to see some HIP. Maybe if we are lucky we will see it in the new release of Rockband 2 around November or for that matter Guitar Hero World Tour is coming out and maybe we could see it there.

But if I had my choice today I would like to say Lonely End of the Rink, obviously a great song and I think it would be fun to play. :thumb:

I was watching G4TV and they talked about this leak a couple of days after they had a Rock Band leak of their own. On a recent show they had a screen shot up of Rock Band 2 - and it showed about ten or so songs:

as for the hip in the game.... i would take pearl jam over them any day. they are much better suited for the game, imho

yeah, take that list with a bit of skepticism...though it's likely close to what's coming...some of it might be dlc though...as for the hip....obviously, based on the "Tragically Hipster" clothing thingy, they are familiar with the band...and based on the rather wide range of artists involved in RB, i'm still optimistic of seeing some hip at some point....my vote is for either little bones, rink, scar, or fully (just cause they'd all work really well on RB)...let's keep requesting 'em!!!

also...they mentioned somewhere that often now, the band comes to them to be in the game..any chance we could bug MAv to put a little bug in the band's ear????
