If you're playing Sudbury I hope it's at The Townehouse...that place is a great live venue, lots of famous acts, and not so famous acts have been through there.

If you're considering Kingston, might I also suggest The Merchant. The owner/booking guy is Dave and I know they welcome new live acts.

Hey, I'm booking a tour in the east right now (ontario, ottawa, quebec), and would love it if you guys gave me the names of some cool clubs there (in any town). My band is The Deep Dark Woods. We've been #1 for the past 3 weeks on the Folk/roots/blues charts (college/community radio) across Canada. We've never toured there before, so any help would be muchly appreciated!!! If any shows get hooked up from your help, I'll send you a free album.

In Belleville (between Kingston and Toronto on the 401), there really aren't many places around. There is "Little Texas", but as the name suggests, its a country bar.

However, there is a place downtown that does have bands play once in a while called the Bohemian Penguin. They may be interested in a folk/blues type act.

Hey everybody.....tour's going awsome. Ontario is a great place. I just thought I'd post a last minute show we just booked. It's tonight at The Dakota in Toronto. We played there to a sold out crowd a week ago or so. Should be a great night!
