Another moment that gets me all fired up occurs in Family Band, in the first bridge (or whatever you'd call it) where Johnny accentuates the lyrics with his kick drum:
We’ll load out through the snow through
small groups of people smo-kin'
Hey! Get that *kick* *drum* *loa* *ded*!
Into the backseat folded down!
I figured that this would be extra-sweet in concert, and it turned out to be even more adrenalizing than I thought.
BTW, I've said it before and will say it again:
Faye's drums sound so much better on this album than they have ever sounded before, and it amazes the hell out of me. I dunno what Bobby Rock and the studio techs did differently than whatever TTH have had done in the past, but whatever it was, it merits some strong commendation....

out of all the hip song the moment that grabs me the most is in fiddler's green when gord says "the same wind that moves her hair moves her boy through fiddler's green"

-Paul's backing vocals in 'Lake Fever'.
-When Gord sings, "Grunt work" in Thompson Girl.
-The crash of the band when playing Meridian live after Gord getting Ry Cooder to sing his eulogy.
-Mr. Baker's solo at the end of the song that everybody hates.......hint: it's for a Canadian author.
-Mr. Baker's solid, understated solo in Pigeon Camera.
-Gord Sinclair's bass in Bobcaygeon, especially during the outro.
