Song you're surprised hasn't been played yet?
#16

I agree about Nautical. My buddy and I have been practicing it to play at a work jam thing next week and it's easy to lose track of it even though the chords are mostly the same all the way through - Em, D, G (or C) D....Still they've done it so many times, maybe they are just tired of it, maybe it's emotional for Gord to perform...

I wish they had pulled out a few more from Up to Here by now, same 4 that opened the tour, when they opened with it again the other night I thought there would have been a new addition...Another Midnight would be cool since Paul is playing the acoustic anyway on the first 4 songs...maybe there are some lyrics that Gord doesn't want to sing...

Maybe the songs from mmp they kept playing are the ones that the whole band has down. Just a thought with a new album not sure how much they have rehearsed them.

Nautical is probably difficult to pull off because it is one big poem. If the band and GD get flip flopped on the chord sequence, it could be trouble....without a chorus to get them back on track...my two cents

I would agree with that except it's their 10th-most played song ever. Maybe it's the length of the song? Tough to play it and keep with the setlist format?

Or Paul Langlois hates it because he's making the set lists this time around?

Fire in the Hole is 18th and It's a Good Life is 21st so those are also surprises that haven't been played yet. Gotta think IVL is tonight though.

Would love to see Sherpa added to the TATH set and Penguin added to the PP set.

I'd say those are realistic.

So, if all of the albums have been touched on at this point...What are the odds of at least a couple from the EP?

well, according to setlist.fm, none of the EP tracks have been played since 1991. So i'd say the chances are slim.
If we see it at all, it'll be in kingston.

A brief EP set of Highway Girl and Small Town Bringdown would be very cool.

IMHO, that would be the best 2-song final encore in the history of rock.
think how many people would shit their pants to hear the opening chords of either of those two songs.
