Got interested in Hugh's material after watching Hard Core Logo in the late 90's, but never pulled the trigger on a show. We are now waiting for a Southern Ontario gig.

Brilliant show last night in Calgary. The band was tight as ever, and Hugh was in a great mood. Very funny and energized with some fun interactions with the audience. He even left the stage a few times and wandered through the crowd with his mic while singing. Here's the setlist off the top of my head (not in perfect order):

Losing Control
When Something Stands for Nothing
Final Analysis
Tweeter
Don't Follow the Leader
Pinned You Down
Settle
Go Back the Other Way
Long Way to Neverland
Three Angels
Absolutely
Cubically Contained
Oh My God (w/ a bit of New Orleans is Sinking during the extended jam)
Fuck You
Unsound
Smile & Wave

Encore:
S.O.S.
Journey to the End of the East Bay (Rancid cover)
Been this Way for Years
Cemetery

I've been waiting for years to see Headstones, so I'm glad I finally get to on Tuesday. I thought for sure they'd play Burton Cummings Theatre here in Winnipeg, which holds up to 1600, but instead they're playing two nights at the Pyramid which holds about 500. Not surprising, both shows sold out instantly.

9 Hip shows in 6 different venues

2007-01-20 - Winnipeg - MTS Centre
2009-09-10 - Winnipeg - Centennial Concert Hall
2011-07-07 - Winnipeg - Shaw Park
2012-12-01 - Fargo - Fargo Theatre
2013-01-26 - Winnipeg - MTS Centre
2013-01-28 - Brandon - Keystone Centre
2013-09-06 - Moose Jaw - Mosaic Place
2015-02-14 - Winnipeg - MTS Centre

Awesome! I guarantee you'll have a great time. These guys are one of the best live bands you'll ever see, hands down.
