More than a rumour, but less than a sure thing

I agree whole-heartedly! Also, I do have a couple of pretty good sources who say PJ has booked a floor at the Saint John Hilton in mid-September!

It'll be a tight squeeze for them, as this is their tour schedule:
September
2 Fri Vancouver - GM Place
4 Sun Calgary - Pengrowth Saddledome
5 Mon Edmonton - Rexall Place
7 Wed Saskatoon - Credit Union Centre
8 Thur Winnipeg - MTS Centre
9 Fri Thunder Bay - Ft. William Gardens
11 Sun Kitchener - Memorial Auditorium
12 Mon London - John Labatt Centre
13 Tue Hamilton - Copps Coliseum
15 Thur Montreal - Bell Centre
16 Fri Ottawa - Corel Centre
19 Mon Toronto - Air Canada Centre
20 Tue Quebec City - Colisee Pepsi Arena
22 Thur Halifax - Metro Centre
24 Sat St. John's NFLD - Mile One Stadium

Or do you mean, The Rolling Stones?

Not for the guys in the band, but that doesn't leave much time for their equipment to be setup.

Tours of that size always have 2 stage/equipment set-ups, and they piggy back from city to city.

If they can do Saskatoon/Winnipeg/Thunder bay all in 3 days, they can certainly do Quebec City/SJ/Halifax in 3.

Whether they do or not is another story, but it's a very realistic scenario all the same.

Good point Billy.

Either way, it's great to see a big American band touring the country in a style similar to a home grown act.

dmb have just a big a set as PJ do, and they only have 1 stage. it would only take an experienced crew a couple hours to tear down a stage and get it on the trucks

The difference is the driving distances you face when you tour in Canada.
