10. Finally determined to make it big states-side, the album is called Wedding Songs and consists entirely of Celine Dion and Shania Twain covers.
9. Several songs include special guest appearances by the Electric Mayhem Band.
8. Apparently out of ideas, Gord has penned songs including Locked in a Gift Shop and Escape is at Hand for Gus the Polar Bear from Central Park .
7. This time, the Hip Club is an actual wooden club meant for use on people who think the band hasn’t released a good album since Fully Completely
6. Continuing the Hip’s environmental slant, the disc is made of tofu and the packaging is made of a biodegradable jelly Gord invented in his basement.

If that really is the title, then I like it! October 17th seems like it's so far away. It's a good thing there's been so much great new music released this year, otherwise I'd be losing my mind right about now.
