I'll buy that. Objection formally withdrawn.

I believe the Hip are pretty much the same as most touring bands....Promote the new cd (6 or 7 new songs) and fill in with Hits (ie poets, abac) and throw us a few bones (ie greasy jungle, wheat kings).
Pearl Jam is on the extreme end of what a band can do for its fans live.
U2's vertigo tour was unique for diggin out some older chestnuts but only a handful (the ocean, into the heart, electric co, gloria..etc). Im sure if I was as hardcore a U2 fan as I am the Hip I'd want to hear tons of rare album cuts from the early days that the band will never, ever play again.
I check out set lists from 8-10 bands on a regular basis and the Hip are in the middle of the pack as far as set diversity goes...IMO
No harm in us wishin, hopin and prayin every tour....
As always, I am just happy the guys still enjoy making new terrific music and presenting to us :thumb:

Vertigo tour DID kick major ass! U2 played three songs from Boy in a row! I Will Follow, Electric Co, and the Ocean...unreal.
Got a few boots from the last PJ tour. Tons of oddities on that tour...
