That show was amazing and that venue is missed.
The Concert Hall - later the Masonic Temple - was at the corner of Yonge and Davenport. The building still stands but it's been vacant since Bell sold it a couple of years ago.
I remember this being the second of three consecutive secret shows in three straight years. There was a gig at the Horseshoe for the release of Henhouse, this, as part of North By Northeast, and then the Phantom Power release gigs (five small shows in total, the London show was the one taped for the Much Music special). The Phantom Power shows were certainly Camp Trillium benefits, but I actually think every "secret" gig the band did during that time was.
Moral of the story: this is likely the show. Perhaps someone wasn't so bitter about being underage at the time and not being able to go can provide a better answer.
