The Hip were still recording on 24 track analog, ten years after many bands had moved to digital, so there is a real opportunity here to get these right, especially given the technology available today.

I'm curious for anyone who picked up the EP, UTH or RA reissues could tell me if there are liner notes. I have an original EP and UTH but both have plastic sleeves and I have a MOV RA with a generic black paper sleeve.
I'll probably pick up the EP for All Canadian Surf Club but if there are liner notes, might go for all three.

There is nothing in the RE's except a white paper dust sleeve for the vinyl itself...

All 17 of the Tragically Hip's records rose into the Billboard Canadian Albums chart following their nationally televised final show last summer. Now, three of the band's most beloved works are set to come back to vinyl this spring.
Retail listings show that the Kingston outfit's 1994 LP Day for Night, 1996's Trouble at the Henhouse and 1997 live album Live Between Us will all arrive as 2xLP sets on April 21. The listings reveal that all three reissues were remastered by Bob Ludwig at Gateway mastering and will arrive on 180-gram vinyl.
The reissues mark the first time the exceedingly rare records have come back to vinyl since their initial releases. Sites such as Discogs show that Day for Night has previously sold for nearly $500 CAD, while Trouble at the Henhouse has commanded up to $400 CAD in the past. A listing for an original pressing of Live Between Us also currently features an astronomical starting price of $1,171.05 CAD.
Thankfully for the wallets of Hip fans everywhere, these reissues are currently listed $29.99 CAD each, and can be pre-ordered separately or in a bundle here. The band treated their self-titled debut EP to a reissue back in 2015.

Faaaantastic. I've been waiting for this for so long! I was hoping this year that the Hip would release a box set of vinyl. This is close enough.

From a purely commercial perspective, the band, their managers, and business folks would be crazy not to capitalize on pressing the remaining albums and/or doing a boxed set of albums to date. It's like low hanging fruit right now...
