want to be a nobody without peer
want to be a thought that's never done
want to shake your faith in human nature
want to break the hearts of everyone
want to be your wheezing screen door

Here's an interesting thought, why dont the Hip just produce they're next album themselves?? I know Our Lady Peace has decided to do so, and they're new album coming out soon looks promising. I find Bob Rock to be too commercial and have a tough time thinking of the Hip without their older stuff. I think they are intitled to a record where they do whatever they want, instead of becoming seemingly more commercial.

"Remi_Gaudet21 Wrote:. Whatever happened to the produced of Up To Here??
Don Smith worked on Phantom Power - and he remixed 7 songs on yer favourites, but that is about it latley.
And probably to the new album title - they do not want to be the same, so probably no more Don Smith

I'm gonna jump in this thread for the first time...
A) Tickets to everything are expensive and will always be expensive.
B) People can say what the want I guess. I mean, it is heated... but the boards have been more interesting these past couple weeks than ever since the last album / tour. I disagree with people bitching, but if they want to, I guess they can.
Also, a lot of times I have an opinion that is the complete opposite of people here, and get called out. So what? Case-in-point; 99% of the trash that tiger comes up with I don't care for... but at least he's saying what he thinks. I met tiger before, and it was only for before and after a hip show. Clearly i don't know the guy well, but he seemed alright that night. And since Lizard came back, the pot has been stirred more... and thank god. The most active thread for years here has been The Song Of The Day... which doesn't seem to generate much discussion these days.
If people want to vent, let them. No one is forcing you to read their posts.
No one is forcing you to read this post.
The best thing everyone can do for themselves right now is to sit back, relax in any way you relax, and throw on some Live From The Vault... Volume 3 is kicking muh ass right now.
