a group of us are going to Buffalo this Sat night so we can get to the Bills game early in the morning. Are there any good bars on Chippawa for 25+ crowd?

You will not have any problem finding a good bar on Chippewa - trust me - there are plenty to chose from. And of course as Ron said - they are all open until 4 in the freaking morning.
