Anyone see the start of The Ultimate Fighter 3 last night? It looks like a great season with Shamrock and Ortiz as coaches.

It is actually the 3rd week of the show. It looks good though. The teams aren't real impressed with the coaches after episode 2. The Canadian kid is pretty lippy but I cant argue with much that he said. Shamrock just kept repeating himself over and over. I thought Tito would be a much bigger dick but he seems like a pretty dcent guy. So far.

Did you hear Bonner say he wanted Forrest again? The first one was the best fight I have ever seen. If Forrest works on his takedown defense he can handle Tito or anyone else in his division.

Yeah, Bonnar wants to fight Griffin again. Interesting. After the first round Forrest's takedown defense was GREAT. Granted, I do think Tito's injury hindered his takedown ability BUT STILL Griffin was sprawling like there was no tomorrow and was giving Tito hell after the first round.

I really don't know what to expect from Gracie, he's been fighting outside of the UFC but he's now 39 years old. He may be the most technically skilled fighter of all time but Hughes is probably the best all around fighter of all time. It Should be a great match. Gracie is tremendous at submission moves but Hughes is also really good at them and he's one of the best at defending them.
