Jim Morrison would be so proud....

Aww, come on y'all. I don't have that much power do I. Enough to cause you grief. I am such a bastard huh? I am soooo sorry.
Is there something I can do to make it all better?

Anyway, here is a tidbit of expanding knowledge for those who have ears......or eyes in this case.

I want you to imagine a gold fish swimming in a small aquarium in an empty room with four walls. Along comes a dolphin and she tries to explain to the gold fish about the dream of the ocean, its vastness, its perils, its ever-changing moods and the brilliance of colors woven through this under World Sea of magic. She explains to the goldfish about the ocean, which ranges from the tranquil calm as the sunlight plays and dances in the shallows, to the fierce destructive passion as the waves crash mercilessly on the shore. Then she tries to describe the other dolphins to the goldfish, the dolphin families, the miracle of birth, the companionship she shares with the other wonderful creatures as they play amidst the colors of the corals and the mystery of the pirate ships abandoned on the rocks.

Then imagine a man trying to describe to the dolphin a high rise building, man walking on the moon, technology, television, the internet, cars, airplanes, mountains, fields of grain, different countries, different oceans, different religions, different beliefs, good and bad, right and wrong, stop and go. All of this is an inconceivable dream to the dolphin and her world.

Now, imagine telling man that in reality he is the creator and the creation, that he is the only thing that exists in a world of duality and the only thing that is real is love. That he has created all of this to play a game, a game of limitation, a game to experience the truth of who he is and the truth of who he is not. He cannot perceive it any more than the goldfish or the dolphin can. HOW CAN YOU TELL MAN THIS?

You cannot, but you can show him through the expansion of consciousness.

You have quite the role model....good for you lizardking..

Speaking of insects.... did you hear the one about the Butterfly?
Gord would love these juicy little tidbits...... something he might rant about as well....

Our weather is another example of a feedback system. Elements of the weather do not exist independently of one another, no matter how it appears that a local breeze off of a stream in Zambia could not possibly affect a traveler in Missouri. Not only is it possible, but that’s actually what happens every day. Just like the weather, everything we do affects everyone else and vice-versa. Wouldn’t it be nice to actually see and experience this happening? Actually you can and it’s easy. But first, let’s look at the weather…

Back in the 70’s, a weather researcher was attempting to make a forecast (using the newly developed computer systems.) The idea was that he could plug hundreds more factors into his model than ever before. Thus, they ought to get a superb long-range forecast. What he found was something quite amazing, something scientists had never suspected…

First, he took a factor that was computed to be 11.98 and made the forecast. Then he rounded the factor off to be 12.00 and ran the forecast again. A little bit shouldn’t make much difference, right? Well, what he found was that the two forecasts were nowhere near similar. In fact, they were wildly divergent. Why?

It turns out that our weather is an incredibly sensitive feedback system. All the little parts are capable of having a dramatic affect on the whole system. If you don’t include every single bit of data which affects the weather, you cannot get an accurate prediction. The only way possible to get accurate long-range forecasts is to begin with every single piece of data which affects the forecast.

But what they found is (incredibly) that even the flapping of a butterfly’s wings in Africa has the potential to affect the warm air mass heading west that can turn into a hurricane over Florida. (It’s not that every flapping of any butterfly’s wings do this – but it CAN have that affect.) This means that it will always be impossible to make a truly accurate long-range forecast because there is simply too much data that affects the system.

I wonder what sort of catastrophe would result in China when someone here in Canada pisses against the wind... think about it.
