I recommend Crest Night Effects. Personally, I can't see a difference but I've gotten numerous compliments on how white my teeth are ever since I started using them so they must be working! You leave the goo on your teeth overnight, something to get used to but its not that bad, and I usually do it 4 times a week so the pack lasts me longer! I do believe they are cheaper than the white strips but I'm not sure...
