I believe you just click on the quote button beside the post you want to quote. If you want to quote more than one person, I usually just paste them into Notepad...

Seeing as we've identified Nautical Disaster as the winner in a quasi "Hip's Greatest song poll" I suggest something along its lines...something to the tune of
