sorry to hear that guys, i promise to drink lots of beer and take lots of pics. I was so nervous when ticketmaster screwed up, my hands were shaking and everything....i even entered the expiry date on my Visa wrong and had a moment of panic that my order would be cancelled but I called in to ticketmaster and corrected it right away. Totally luck of the draw on this one. I am prepping my angry letter to tickemater right now, probably won't do anything but can't let something like this go!! they rightly deserve their ticketbastard name!!

what a god damn smegging joke. simply unbelievable. tix goes on sale friday...no monday....no, friday....ahhh, TUESDAY!?!?! WTF!?!? then when they finally do, its chaos and mayhem, they cant run they're piece of sh*t site properly. I dont know whose fault this is, but its damn well someones. This is purely and simply unprofessional, inexcusable, and someone oughta be held accountable. So far, all signs point to ticketBASTARDS. The very least i expect of them is to issue a sincere apology to everyone who tried and failed to access tcikets because of their 'mishap', and waive all 'convenience fees'(give me a break) related to any Hip tickets. Yes, the Hip and Hip management could and should have done a hell of alot more to smooth this shaky at best process, but ticketbastard is in my sights at the moment. Vile fiends!
