what a joke indeed. how's that supposed to work now? I suppose they'll just fix the problem and release the tickets whenever it's fixed? Hardly seems like a fair way to go.

One thing's for sure, I bet they'll still rape you for their "convienece fee"

this must be why they charge you an arm and a leg for a 'convenience charge'...because this is so f**kin convenient
