I came across these 2 clips about a month ago. I hadn't listened to Gords solo stuff in a while, but hearing this version of "the drowning machine" blew me away. So i dug out my Country of Miracles cd and it's been playing pretty well non stop in my car since. Such a great album which I had previously under appreciated. Made me hope that we would get another Gord solo tour soon, but sadly this won't happen with the happenings of the past week.
