An evening with has never been longer than usual! Sometimes 1 or 2 extra encores.

I remember one "Evening With" in Syracuse, a while back... that went on and on and on... it was one magical night.... three sets if I remember correctly...
these guys are so full of stamina.... they obviously love doing what they do...

some shows in 2000 were billed a night with the hip
I went to Erie PA and Syracuse NY both shows were just the hip and lasted about 3 hours two sets and an encore greatest shows to date been to about 20 since hope kingston is the same

Evening With in 2000: 2 14-16 song sets with an encore. No opener.
Evening With 2006-Present: Usually a regular set, just no opening band.
That 2000 tour was billed that way, advertising a night of music, double sets, etc. that was a glorious, glorious tour....

The wife and I got 6 tickets to the Kingston show, sold 4 of em to a friend of a friend, In total there will be about 10 or 12 of us making the drive from Kitcherner, Cambridge, Brampton and Toronto area and we all got hotel rooms already, The party will start for us about 2pm when we arrive and will contine for quite some time afterwards. Thank god I got some floor tickets too, I didnt like sitting in the back the last show I saw. O by the way I have just posted another video on Youtube on my account if your interested, I posted it today, The Drop Off Live in Erie PA from May 2007 my youtube name is wesleync go have a look. I am gonna resize more and post them, the sound is actaully pretty good becuase I was far back.

Ok so i cant in good conscience travel to Kingston,driving an s.u.v,to a hip show by myself.I have room for 2-3 and lots of room for gear! Am staying the saturday night and returning Sun. after brunch.Not trying to get rich but gas chip-ins of $20-$25 seems reasonable.Or if no one else is interested i would be happy to join someone elses car pool and chip in on gas. V
