As this has turned into a beer discussion, micro-brewery is the only way to go. I am hoping for a Hip show in the fall/winter at Higher Ground in Vermont, so I can load up on my legal cross-border limit of Magic Hat beer. I'd likely head back to Ottawa through Vankleek Hill so I could stop at Beau's and buy a few jugs there, too. I don't care if it's American or Canadian, so long as it's made by a brewer who loves beer and not a chemist whose directive is to make some mass appeal swill at the lowest cost/highest profit margin.
