That's cherrypicking from the facts to support your position.
The fact is that the 80% don't choose, either. They are what they are.
A vanishingly small percentage of what you do day to day actually arises from rational "choice." Most of your behaviour is either hard-wired by your biology or the ingrained result of upbringing and culture.
